The newspaper L'Osservatore Romano claims that the students and scientists who protested about the Pope giving a speech at their university last month had misunderstood his views on Galileo because of a mistake involving Wikipedia.

The rector of La Sapienza university says he will re-invite the Pope to speak there after the pontiff cancelled following student protests about a comment about Galileo quoting, but not approving he says, a philosopher's remark.
